Why we need everyone to have access to books?
Yes, everyone, including older adults and people who experience vision loss.
Listen-In began with a North London resident who spent time in hospital as a child and never forgot that audiobooks and podcasts turned long days into adventures.
As a teenager, he wanted others to feel that same companionship and began quietly gathering second-hand iPads and loading them with stories for family, friends, and neighbours who could no longer read. Now on the edge of adulthood, with friends helping out and the support of people who believed in the idea, he is opening Listen-In to anyone who needs it.
